He has 46 years of teaching and 17 years of administrative experience including Vice-Chancellor, Starex University, Gurugram, Jagannath University Jaipur, Director-cum-Vice-Chancellor Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, Sriperumbudur (RGNIYD- An Institution of National Importance) appointed by President of India.
